The Hive Beauty ships to all locations within Australia through Australia Post.

Visit the AUSTRALIA POST website for accurate delivery times depending on where you are posting to.

Shipping time Australia 

Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of placing your order. We no not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping costs in Australia 

Standard shipping- $10

Orders over $150- FREE (standard Post)

You will be emailed your tracking number with any type of Shipping from The Hive.

Delivery Time Frame

Standard post is 2-5 business days depending on your location

Western Australia customers 

Standard Post 4-6 business days

Express Post 1-3 business days

Public Holidays

We do not ship on Victorian or Australian Public Holidays. Please get orders in before 12pm the day Prior to a public holiday.

Unavailable Stock Policy

Here at the Hive Beauty we love supporting small businesses and local suppliers.

We stock a variety of Locally Made products, Highly active and popular Cosmeceuticals as well as small batch products. Because of this sometimes our products may be unavoidably unavailable.

We do however endeavour to ensure that all products listed as ‘in stock’ are correct and true.

Should your product/s be unavailable at the time of ordering you will be notified within 1-2 business days to arrange an alternative product, a back order or a full refund.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 1-2 business days.

Refund/ Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you change your mind. Or a gift may not be right for someone. That’s ok, we get it, we’re picky too! If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied we will happily offer a store credit. The item will be returned to 222a Clarendon Street South Melbourne.

If goods purchased are faulty or do not fit the description on the website you may decide between a store credit, exchange or refund.

Items MUST however be returned to The Hive in a condition that is saleable.

Unopened, Unused and all Hygiene Seals intact.

We are not able to accept refunds or exchanges of partially used or opened products for hygiene reasons.

Items for return must be received in the original condition in which they were sent.

Returns are to be received by The Hive Beauty within 10 days of Refund/ Returns approval.

Reactions/Irritations

The Hive Beauty is not responsible for any individual’s reactions or irritations that a product purchased may cause.

We highly encourage you to thoroughly read the ingredients list provided on the product’s description page to ensure product is safe for you to use.

We do endeavour to help you with product decisions by describing skin types that are most appropriate for that product, listing ingredients, and whether the brand considers the product ‘Pregnancy/Breastfeeding Safe’.

If you are unsure about a product purchase, and are local to the salon we recommend you book in for the Consultation Facial to have products specialty recommended and trialed on your skin before purchasing.
